Nepal
Where earth meets sky
Overview
The Himalayas as a living classroom. Trekking is only one reason to come — monasteries, meditation, and Kathmandu's medieval squares matter just as much.
Nepal is one of the world's great humbling places. Standing beneath Annapurna or looking across Pokhara to the ice giants changes something in you permanently. But Nepal is also Kathmandu's courtyards, the smell of juniper smoke from a monastery, a Newari feast in a candlelit farmhouse. We cover all of it — the high-altitude adventures and the cultural depth that most travellers miss entirely.

Highlights
Kathmandu Valley
Three ancient cities in one valley — Kathmandu, Patan, Bhaktapur. Medieval courtyards, woodcarved temples, and the Pashupatinath ghats where the sacred and the everyday coexist.
Annapurna Circuit
Not the full 21-day trek — a curated 7-day version hitting the highlights: Pokhara, Ghorepani, Poon Hill sunrise, and the Sanctuary with views of the glacier.
Everest Region
Fly to Lukla and trek to Namche Bazaar — the gateway to the Khumbu — without committing to Base Camp. The views from Tengboche Monastery alone justify the journey.
Chitwan National Park
Lowland Nepal: elephant-back wildlife safaris, canoeing through rhino territory, and birdwatching in one of Asia's most intact ecosystems.
Sample Itinerary
A journey shaped around you.
Kathmandu — The Valley
Durbar squares, Swayambhunath stupa, and a private dinner hosted by a Newar family whose home has stood for four centuries.
Pokhara & Poon Hill
Lake-side tranquility, then a three-day trek to Poon Hill for the Annapurna sunrise — the most rewarding half-day walk in Nepal.
Chitwan
Dawn jeep safaris, canoeing on the Rapti River, and jungle walks with naturalist guides trained in Smithsonian wildlife monitoring methods.
Nagarkot Retreat
A final two nights at a hilltop lodge with Himalayan views and a meditation session with a resident Buddhist practitioner.
