Vietnam
Lanterns on slow rivers
Overview
A country of astonishing range — from Hanoi's French-quarter streets to Hoi An's lantern-lit lanes, from Halong Bay's limestone islands to the Mekong Delta.
Vietnam is 1,650 kilometres of coastline, three distinct climate zones, and a culinary tradition that varies so dramatically between north and south that visitors often feel they have been to two entirely different countries. We build itineraries that move with intention — spending time where the experience deepens rather than racing through a checklist of sights.

Highlights
Halong Bay — Private Junk
A private chartered junk for two to four guests, not a group cruise. Kayaking into sea caves, swimming off limestone karsts, and dinner on the water as the other boats fade from view.
Hoi An's Ancient Town
The UNESCO-listed merchant town at its best: a dawn bicycle ride through rice paddies, a market cooking class, and the town by lantern-light on the evening the street lamps are lit.
Hanoi's Old Quarter
The 36 guild streets, a water puppet theatre performance, and a private dinner in a Hanoian home that has been in the same family since the 1930s.
Mekong Delta
The southernmost reach: floating markets, coconut candy factories, and a day navigating narrow canal networks by sampan with a local guide whose family has fished here for generations.
Sample Itinerary
A journey shaped around you.
Hanoi — The North
Old Quarter walking tour, Ho Chi Minh Complex, and a private evening food tour through the back alleys of Hoan Kiem.
Halong Bay
Two nights on a private junk. Kayaking, rock climbing on limestone islands, and a seafood dinner beneath the stars.
Hoi An
Cooking school, tailor fittings, bicycle rides to My Son — and the town at its most beautiful, lit by lanterns at dusk.
Ho Chi Minh City & Mekong
The War Remnants Museum, Reunification Palace, and a full day on the Mekong by private sampan.
